Yellow fever in Colombia

Between 2024 and 21 January 2026, a total of 157 confirmed yellow fever cases, including 70 deaths, were reported in Colombia. The departments of Caldas, Caquetá, Cauca, Guaviare, Huila, Meta, Nariño, Putumayo, Tolima and Vaupes have all reported fatal cases.
