We regret to inform you that the NaTHNaC General Admin line will be closed in March due to staff shortages but you can still contact us by email at: uclh.nathnac@nhs.net. We aim to resume normal service on Monday, 31st March.

Health professionals requiring travel-related clinical advice can continue to use our Advice Line and speak with one of our trained nurse advisors about any travel-related clinical query you may have.

We also have an email enquiry service which is for both health professionals and the public. This service is for non-urgent, non-clinical enquiries, relating to vaccine certificate requirements for travel.
